Netflix-Stamped From The Beginning | Storyboard/IllustrationIllustration Storyboard for the Netflix Documentary Stamped From the Beginning. The series of narrative illustrations became the opening shot of the film, depicting an slave ship uprising during a dramatic storm. Original drawings were provided by Brian McKissick, and painted and rendered by myself. In the final film, these boards were edited together as a story reel and the drawings were kept dirty and rough as an artistic expression of the violence that was depicted.
